RETURN POLICY

At SIMphoneE we make every effort to make your purchasing experience as smooth as possible. We only sell new phones and devices with original manufacturers warrantee. We will only offer you products from recognized brands or products that we have tested and approved. We strive to provide as much information and details to support your purchase decision and offer additional support for any inquiries. We also make every effort to provide quick delivery and service.
To support this high quality statement, we offer the following return policy:

We will accept returns only for defective items, wrong items shipped, or carrier damaged items. No buyer's remorse returns. Please note that it is very unlikely that SIM cards will be defective.

All returns must be initiated within 5 days from the ship date. Defects after this period will be dealt with under the manufacturers warrantee directly with the manufacturer representatives. Our support team will be happy to provide assistance.

To initiate a return contact us through the Contact Us link and indicate your request for return together with the invoice number and details for the reason the return is requested. We will email you back a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instruction no how to ship your returned item. Pleas note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Returned items will be replaced by the same item or repaired. If a replacement or repair could not be provided, we will issue a full credit of the value of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping charges for defective items, wrong items shipped, or carrier damaged items are to be paid by the customer. If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

Returns may not be accepted and sent back to you for any of the following reasons: Item is tested and found not to be defective (we thoroughly test and inspect all returns), the RMA number was not indicated on the return package, your items don't reach us within 14 days from the ship date, packaging is not in its original "like new" condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.), or original packaging has been defaced in any manner.

If customers reject their return shipment (i.e. SIMphoneE ships it back due to ineligibility), SIMphoneE reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to that return shipping must be paid by the customer.

In the case of damaged package, you must not accept or sign for a damaged package. Contact Us immediately with your invoice number and we will send you a replacement item or credit your account upon receiving the item at our warehouse.

Returns may take up to 14 days (from the time we receive the item at our warehouse) to complete. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Only the same credit card as used for the original purchase will be refunded. Check refund may take up to 45 days.
